Our Work
At Mandy’s Choice, our mission goes beyond recovery—we are committed to restoring lives, rebuilding communities, and reaching those most often left behind. As St. Louis’s first rehab and detox center focused solely on women impacted by addiction and incarceration, we proudly lead with service and purpose.
Light Up The Night

In honor of Overdose Awareness Month, Mandy’s Choice will host its first annual Light Up the Night vigil — a candlelight remembrance ceremony for those we’ve lost to addiction and incarceration. Featuring live music, spoken word, lantern releases, and community healing activities, this powerful event brings together families, survivors, and advocates to raise awareness and inspire hope.
📅 Event Date: August 31
